A Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual Approach to Recovery
At Bridge to 100, we believe true recovery is only possible through the complete restoration of the individual—body, mind, spirit, and community. Our integrated recovery model is rooted in the understanding that faith and science are not opposites, but powerful partners in the journey toward thriving, lifelong wellbeing.
We use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual ecosystem that ensures every person receives comprehensive, individualized support. Our framework begins with stabilization and continues through treatment, recovery, re-entry, and ultimately to thriving. This journey is supported by both faith-based purpose and evidence-based clinical practices.

The Four Pillars of Our Recovery Ecosystem
1. Biological:
Medical and clinical support such as detox, medication management, biomedical workups, and ongoing health care are provided through affiliate medical partners and specialized treatment services.
2. Psychological:
Mental health services include comprehensive clinical assessments, structured therapy, and peer support services to stabilize and strengthen emotional resilience.
3. Social:
Structured living, job placement, education, justice-involvement support, and community-based services all help residents re-enter society as productive, healthy individuals.
4. Spiritual:
Faith is central to the recovery journey. From chapel services and spiritual mentorship to personal transformation through moral inventory and acts of service, each resident is invited into a meaningful spiritual life.
Faith + Science = Thriving
We do not believe in choosing between science and spirituality. Instead, we combine both to form a holistic approach to recovery. Faith provides the purpose and hope. Science provides the structure and accountability. Together, they transform lives.
Our continuum includes:
Motivational Phase (Detox/Stabilization)
Treatment (4–6 Weeks)
Recovery (18–20 Weeks)
Re-Entry (6–18 Months)
Residents re-enter society not only sober, but transformed—ready to serve their communities, live with purpose, and mentor others.
