We’re thrilled to share the positive progress at our new women’s home! Their first Sunday Church service, graciously hosted by Grace Assembly of God in Wake Forest, NC, was a resounding success, followed by a lovely lunch.
Witnessing these amazing ladies begin to bond and form friendships truly warms our hearts and aligns perfectly with our mission to cultivate emotionally stable individuals through supportive, Christ-centered environments.
We’re also excited to introduce our dedicated women’s center team! Kim Edwards (left) is our Executive Director, Alicia Butler-Carroll (center) is our Programs Coordinator, and Dorothea (right), is our Admissions Counselor. We are now accepting student applications for women, as well as seeking qualified ATC graduates for internships.

All proceeds directly benefiting the House of Pearls. You don’t need a motorcycle to participate – NO BIKE NECESSARY!
- Western North Carolina Overcomers welcomes Robbie Kropiwnicki as our new House Manager
We are thrilled to welcome Robbie Kropiwnicki as our new House Manager. Robbie has stepped into this role with great compassion, leadership, and a heart for service. He is already making a powerful impact, mentoring our residents and guiding them in meaningful job opportunities and a stronger foundation for lasting recovery.
Our Overcomers Group was able to attend a men’s conference at the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove. Tony Dungy and JB Brown spoke or being a Christian man in today’s culture.

Bridge To Recovery (BTR) is honored to invite you to our Campus Expansion Grand Opening Event!
Sunday afternoon, May 18th, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00
Will be held on our main campus: 2111 Stafford Street Extension, Monroe, NC 28110.
We are celebrating the opening of two new Dormitories, 22 beds each. These buildings are being dedicated to L. Carlton Tyson and Robert C. Hayes.

- Bridge to 100 Conference – 2024
Over a hundred people gathered for the annual Bridge to 100 Conference on November 26, 2024. This group of high-quality, faith-based treatment and recovery programs experienced a day filled with synergy that helped redefine our commitment to our mission. We were honored to hear from NCACC President, Commissioner Carswell. It was also a great privilege to have our friends from UNC Chapel Hill share our new collaborative initiative on using social determinants of health to create more positive outcomes for the individuals our programs serve. Thank you to all who participated!
